Navy Band Clarinet Day, featuring a mix of performances, masterclasses and lectures geared toward high school- and college-aged musicians, will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, Va.
