Navy Band Clarinet Day

Navy Band Clarinet Day, featuring a mix of performances, masterclasses and lectures geared toward high school- and college-aged musicians, will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, Va. The guest artist at this year’s Navy Band Clarinet Day is Sean Osborn. Elizabeth G. Hill will be the guest pianist for the day.
The U.S. Navy Band, based in Washington D.C., is the Navy’s premier musical organization. Staffed with some of the finest musicians in the nation and performing nearly 1,700 times each year, the band represents Sailors deployed around the world and around the clock.
