New Music at Maryland Concert

Cultivating the talent of modern classical composers and bringing new music to the stage inspires musicians and audience members alike. This evening of original compositions by UMD student composers features solo, chamber and electroacoustic performances. Elizabeth G. Hill, piano and Joanna Jones, soprano, will be performing “Words from Friends” by William Kenlon .

Chamber Music at Noon Series: Axios Trio

The Axios Trio will be the special guest performers for this concert, featuring trios for clarinet, cello, and piano by Brahms and Muczynski. Free and open to the public. Sponsored by the DC Public Library, in partnership with the Goethe-Institut of Washington.
