Baltimore Musicales: Phenomenal Women (Silver Spring, MD)

Presented by Baltimore Musicales  and inspired by Maya Angelou’s poem, “Phenomenal Woman”—this program honors the incredible contributions of women composers and poets.

Katherine Boyce, Ellie Yeonjung Kim, Shana Oshiro, Erin Ridge, Amanda Densmoor, Thea Tullman Moore, cellist Jodi Beder, and pianist Elizabeth Hill will perform works by women composers from Ukraine, Germany, France, Korea, and the United States, including Jasmine Barnes, Florence Price, Margaret Bonds, Clara Schumann, Lori Laitman, Libby Larsen, B.E. Boykin, Soon Ae Kim, Won Ju Lee, Anna Pidgorna, and more.
